This ritual bathing bar was purposfully created for fire rituals relating with shedding old skin, new growth, and infinite potential. This ritual bathing bar is a cold processed soap, created with fresh Evening Primrose blossoms (to soothe overwhelm), Borage blossoms (for courage) and Tobacco leaf (as an offering to Spirit when requesting assistance), all three of these plants are grown here in the garden I tend to, from last years seed. The black in this soap is charred Mugwort which was burned in the Summer Solstice ritual fire last year. I've paired this with superfine crystal powders of both silver and gold sheen obsidian, pyrite, and golden muscovite to to deeply ground, protect, and support during the process. The top of this ritual bathing bar is decorated with the naturally shed skin of a golden boa, which was gifted to me by a friend some time ago and is a visual reference to the metamorphosis we too can undertake if we choose to proactively do so. I have also added delicate flakes of golden muscovite on top as I like the idea of these flakes (which looks like scales from a snake's skin) being washed away by the water as you use it. I find this to be a potent and visceral visual aspect of this as a fire ritual bathing tool during fire season, where vision and sight plays a very important role.
Note that these are very large bars of soap, so they go a long way! ;-)
