This listing is for one packet of Blood Cleanse medicinal loose leaf tea blends from The heART of Ritual.
 
This blend is specially formulated to support general body cleanses and should be consumed throughout the day as part of your overall detox program.
 
To use:
Steep your tea blend in hot water for 10 minutes before drinking. The quantity of tea that you add to your pot depends on how strong you like your tea and the size of your teapot - in my case, I use 1-2 tablespoons of loose leaf tea in my teapot, which is 1.8L in size. I can then refill that teapot up to three times throughout the day, so receive alot of nourishing herbal goodness from those couple of spoons of dried tea.
 
This blend is not suitable for children or pregnant/nursing mothers.

  • I purposefully only use clear glass tea pots both in my home and in my work spaces as I love to invite those gathered to 'divine' the teapot and observe the 'teascapes' within - the worlds inside the teapot. This is a beautiful form of meditation and an extremely calming and soothing practice to have so I invite you to try it if you too have a clear glass teapot. When drinking these blends, I recommend that you do so mindfully, taking each sip into your body aware of what the healing intention of these herbal blends are. In this way you are affirming the healing intentions you have for yourself and programing the fluid medicine you are drinking.
