This listing is for one packet of our Wild Superfood Powder, which I affectionately call my ‘33 Green Zinger’ blend.

This blend is packed with mineral rich sea vegetables foraged along the coast in Ireland, nutrient dense native medicinal mushrooms, cleansing wild healing herbs, berries, seeds and more from the mountains around our nest.

As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious harvesting of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish. This powder is called ‘33 Green Zinger’ as there are 33 potent healing ingredients in this antioxidant superfood blend. Why 'Green Zinger'?, because it will have you positively levitating, that's why. It's brimming with essential life force!

This herbal powder is delicious added to juices, smoothies and clients of mine have told me they even sprinkle it over bread as a snack, its that tasty.

Themes & Focus for this Collection

Our upcoming seasonal shop opening coincides with the Celtic Festival of Samhain and takes place within the liminal space between the last new moon of the Celtic year in October, astronomical Samhain, and the first new moon of the Celtic New Year in November. It is during this time that the death of the old (year) and the birth of the new (year) occurs. With this we enter the dreamtime cycle of moons; a time honouring the birth that takes place during and after the darkest times. It is a potent time of observing blood, bones, ancestors, (re)connection, introspection, and 'getting to know the lay of the land'...within. Many refer to this time as a 'thinning of the veils', however those of us whose ears are finely tuned, we know that the 'veil' is always thin.
