This listing is for one packet of 'Heart of the Moon' Loose Leaf Herbal Tisane, from The heART of Ritual.
This seasonal tisane was blended to soften the edges of a hard year – to quench the thirst of those who have been walking through fire, and to call you back to the hearth of your own heart. A motherly cup, both soothing and strengthening, it is made with rose, linden blossom, lemon balm, skullcap, vervain, mallow, haw berries, and slices of homegrown orange, pink grapefruit, and clementine.
The flavour is floral and gently sweet, with rose offering tenderness and uplift, linden a honeyed calm, and mallow a softening roundness. Lemon balm brings a bright citrus note that clears heaviness, while haw berries add a quiet depth from the hedgerow. Skullcap and vervain settle the nerves and steady the mind, weaving subtle grounding into the blend. The citrus slices add a vivid burst of brightness – tangy, sweet, and sunlit – carrying both delicious flavour and a symbolic thread of empowerment, connected to the sacral centre and the reclaiming of personal power.
Therapeutically, this is a tea for cooling and calming the system, easing tension, supporting the heart, and bringing gentle regulation to the nervous system. Each herb carries its own gift – rose for the emotional heart, haw berries for the physical heart, skullcap for restless thoughts, linden and lemon balm for soothing stress, vervain for clearing overwhelm, mallow for moistening dryness and restoring flow, citrus for vitality and resilience.
To sip Heart of the Moon is to take part in a quiet ritual – a pause where the body is nourished and the spirit reminded of its place in the wider pattern. It is an invitation to lay burdens down, to feel yourself held, and to remember that even in times of fire and hardship, there is a gentleness waiting to tend you – and a spark of strength ready to rise again from within.
'Heart of the Moon' Loose Leaf Herbal Tisane
Steep your tea blend in hot water for 10 minutes before drinking. The quantity of tea that you add to your pot depends on how strong you like your tea and the size of your teapot - in my case, I use 1-2 tablespoons of loose leaf tea in my teapot, which is 1.8L in size. I can then refill that teapot up to three times throughout the day, so receive alot of nourishing herbal goodness from those couple of spoons of dried tea.
