Wild Spiced Nettle 'Chai' Herbal Tisane (Remineralising & Anti-inflammatory)
Steep your tea blend in hot water for 10 minutes before drinking. The quantity of tea that you add to your pot depends on how strong you like your tea and the size of your teapot - in my case, I use 1-2 tablespoons of loose leaf tea in my teapot, which is 1.8L in size.
