If there is one extraordinary thing you do for your tastebuds this Autumn, let this be one of this season's sweet preserves. You will not be disppointed - just ask anyone that has ever been on one of my Autumn residential retreat programs! These are pantry staples on retreat each year, and those that gather usually end up eating them from the jar by the spoon - they are that good!
 
In addition to the medicinal properties of these wild botanical ingredients, this SOULFOOD has been elevated through the addition of botanical extracts, flower essences and crystal essences to support the journey this season.
 
This seasonal preserve comes in a beautiful locally made recycled glass apothecary jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a wax seal made with handgathered finely ground pyrite, selenite, and biotite crystals. Each jar is adorned with a floral crown.
 
As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious gathering of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
 
Keep refrigerated once opened, and use within three months. Our handcrafted SOULFOODS are free of all additives, preservatives, artifical flavours, colourings, sweetners etc. We make real food, with real ingredients.
