I grow several species of chili in the garden each year both for the kitchen and the clinic, and this oil is a staple in our pantry each year. It's great drizzled over all sorts of fresh vegetables, rice, pasta, noodles, legumes/pulses and more. I started oak smoking our own chilis several years ago and I have to say that the spicy smoky combination works so good I can't ever see myself ever going back to plain old chili oil again!
Each bottle comes to you sealed in local beeswax, adorned with our botanical wheel of the year mandala, and embellished with a mini posey of seasonal dried native botanicals.
As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious harvesting of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
