This blend is specially formulated for urinary system health. The wild native medicinal herbs in this blend are diuretic, antispasmodic, antibacterial, antifungal, and have an analgesic effect.
To use:
Steep your tea blend in hot water for 10 minutes before drinking. The quantity of tea that you add to your pot depends on how strong you like your tea and the size of your teapot - in my case, I use 1-2 tablespoons of loose leaf tea in my teapot, which is 1.8L in size. I can then refill that teapot up to three times throughout the day, so receive alot of nourishing herbal goodness from those couple of spoons of dried tea.
To receive the therapeutic benefit of this blend it is recommended that you also drink it before bed at night (without sugar).
This tea is not suitable for pregnant of breast feeding mothers.
