This blend is packed with mineral rich sea vegetables foraged along the coast in Ireland, and nutritionally dense and cleansing leaves, flowers, roots and seeds of wild native medicinal herbs gathered from the mountains around our nest.
 
This comes to you in a beautiful locally made recycled glass apothecary jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a wax seal made with handgathered finely ground pyrite, selenite, and biotite crystals. Each vessel is sealed with beeswax, adorned with a mini posey of wild lunar botanicals, and finished a hand written plant fiber paper label embossed with our Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art. The label is lovingly held in place with a beautiful plant fiber cordage made from mugwort and rose.
 
As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious harvesting of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
 
This is a delicious soulFOOD to sprinkle over all forms of savoury food really. I personally love to have this sprinkled on fresh bread and butter, its that tasty!
 
Due to its dense nutritional content, I prefer to work with it raw and not 'cook' the goodness out - as such, I love to include it over salads, platters, sprinkled over vegetables before serving and so on. My partner loves to eat it on his breakfast eggs! Eating it like this also ensures you can inJoy the flavors of the herbs more easily. You can of course add this to your cooking pot as a herbal condiment, this is your own choice really. My suggestion is that you taste it on its own first, and then decide how you would like to integrate it into your daily meals and what flavours you'd like to pair it with.
