This listing is for one recycled glass apothecary jar filled with Wild Atlantic Way Seaweed Gomasio, from The heART of Ritual.

This savoury superfood blend is rich in minerals, vitamins, trace elements, amino acids, and dietry fibre. It has become a daily household favourite and sprinkled on everything from slow roast veg, to baked potatoes, salads, soups and stews, egg dishes, sandwiches, pizzas and pasta before serving - it's a highly nutritious addition to pretty much all savoury dishes really!

This is a delicious soulFOOD to sprinkle over all forms of savoury food. Due to its dense nutritional content, I personally prefer to work with it raw and not 'cook' the goodness out. You can of course add this to your cooking pot as a herbal condiment, this is your own choice really. My suggestion is that you taste it on its own first, and then decide how you would like to integrate it into your daily meals and what flavours you'd like to pair it with.

This blend is packed with mineral rich sea vegetables sustainably foraged by hand along the Atlantic coast in Ireland, and wild native medicinal herbs and seeds gathered from the mountains around our nest.

This comes to you in a beautiful locally made recycled glass apothecary jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a wax seal made with handgathered finely ground pyrite, selenite, and biotite crystals. Each vessel is sealed with beeswax, adorned with a mini posey of wild lunar botanicals, and finished a hand written plant fiber paper label embossed with our Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art. The label is lovingly held in place with a beautiful plant fiber cordage made from mugwort and rose.

As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious harvesting of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish. All ingredients have been air dried so as to ensure raw quality and preseve the highest nutritional density possible.

I highly recommend sprinkling it over al dente spelt spaghetti, with a drizzle of chile or olive oil and sprinkled with some fresh parsley. This dish is absolutely delicious both hot and cold, and we love eating it cold during the warmer months. Once the tomatoes are ripe enough in the garden, we love to roughly chop one or two into this dish too, I'm mentioning this in case you would like to try it too!

Please note that this blend contains seaweed and as such, might not be suitable for those with shellfish allergies.
