This deeply nourishing vitamin and mineral rich blend is a wonderful tonic tea for the colder months. It's an immunity booster, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumour, anti-parasitic, antiseptic, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, styptic, and more.
 
All of these ingredients have been sustainably hand gathered and/or grown by me. The birch polypore was gathered in Ireland last Autumn, the ginger, echinacea and reishi grown here in my own little garden, and the rosehips and elderberries gathered in the mountains around our home. 
 
This therapeutic blend comes to you in a food grade stand up resealable paper bag with viewing window.

  • Place ingredients in a saucepan with water, and simmer on the stove for minimum 90 minutes before drinking. Sweeten to taste. Depending on hiw strong you like your decoction, general amount would be one tablespoon of dried tea blend to 500-600mls water. I recommend tasting it, and if you want stronger tea, simply add more of the blend.
