This therapeutic blend is especially formulated to reduce the inflamation and ease the discomfort of gout and/or inflamatory/arthritic conditions effecting the hands/feet.
This blend was formulated initially for those who suffer from gout, however I have found it is wonderful to use as a therapeutic hand bath too for inflamatory conditions. In July 2020 I contracted viral meningitis and suffered severe mobility issues and joint pain. More than two years on, the strength in my hands is still being built up and I this salt soak blend is a heaven sent to ease the pain of the cramps I get in my hands while they recover.
Foot salt soaks are a very accessible, convenient and relaxing alternative to full body bathing, and it's worth noting that in indigenous folk medicine, we release, detox, cleanse and connect through the feet!
