GENERAL

As much as we appreciate participants and students might wish to photograph their experience and share it with others, the focus here is on being present in each moment as opposed to experiencing this offering through a lens. We ask for your consideration in this regard.

We ask participants to please be respectful of other people's personal belongings and space. So as to clearly mark boundaries, photography is not permitted during active group/class times, and not permitted in our dedicated silent spaces or therapeutic group spaces at any time. We ask this so as to maintain the integrity and sacredness of the spaces that we are working within as well as participants' peace of mind. If you are taking photographs in shared spaces, please do so respectfully and ask permission first from anyone who may be in that space during that time. If you wish to photograph another participant's creative work, please ask first. Do be prepared to hear 'no'.

If you have a medical condition, psychological condition/disorder(s), and/or are on medication that we need to know about, please let us know at the time of booking. If diagnosed after booking, please ensure we are made aware of this before event start date so that we can prepare accordingly.

There is a strict no drugs/alcohol policy on all of our gatherings and we respectfully ask that you not consume drugs or stimulants of any kind during this time. This is both for your own good and for the good of the group. If you arrive under the influence, or are are found to be under the influence at any point during the gathering, you will be asked to leave immediately. Smoking is not permitted at any of our locations.

Please note that if any part of our retreat/teaching venue, its contents, or grounds, are damaged by you during your visit, you will be held financially liable for the cost of cleaning and/or repair/replacement, as directed by the property manager/owner.
