Thank you for your interest in BIOPHILIA Mentorship™.

BIOPHILIA is a year-long personal, one-to-one mentorship, and this application is an opportunity for me to learn a little about you, what has brought you here, the landscape in which you live, and what you are curious to explore through a year working together.

Please take your time with the questions that follow. There are no right or wrong answers, and there is no particular kind of person I am looking for. I am interested in hearing from you in your own words and gaining a sense of what has drawn you to the mentorship.

There is no required length for your responses. A few thoughtful sentences are ample where that is all you wish to say. Once I receive your application, I will contact you to arrange a telephone conversation. This gives us an opportunity to meet, talk about the mentorship and any questions you may have, and explore the possibility of spending the coming year working together.

1. What is drawing you to BIOPHILIA Mentorship™ at this point in your life?

2. Tell me a little about where you live and the landscape around you. What do you notice there, what interests you, or what would you like to become more attentive to?

3. Having read about BIOPHILIA, what particularly draws your curiosity, and what would you be interested in exploring or developing during a year working together?

4. People engage with the invitations between our sessions in very different ways. When something captures your curiosity, how do you naturally like to explore it?

5. BIOPHILIA unfolds across a complete year, with a private three-hour session each month and invitations to explore between our meetings. Is there anything in your present circumstances that may affect the time or space you are able to give to the mentorship? There is no expectation of a particular answer here - this simply helps me understand what the year may look like for you.

6. Is there anything else about you, your life, your interests, your background or the questions you are carrying that you would like me to know before we speak?

7. If you currently teach, guide others, practise within a particular tradition or carry a body of knowledge yourself, you are very welcome to tell me a little about that here.
