This is my most popular apéritif, and once you taste it you will know why. The flavours are simply incredible! This deliciously fragrant pre dinner offering stimulates the appetite and the release of digestive enzymes. This apértif is made with wild strawberries from the mountains around our home, and rhubarb from our garden. It is delicious neat, over ice, or as a celebratory long drink served with sparkling water or tonic.

This alcoholic herbal extract is for sipping before evening meals. It was created over 26 moon cycles. Each comes to you in 175ml recycled glass locally made apothecary bottle with a hand dipped beeswax sealed cork. Each bottle is adorned with a mini posey of seasonal wildflowers, medicinal herbs and seed pods gathered in the mountains around our home. Each bottle is finished with our Wheel of the Year Botanical Mandala art.
