Food as medicine, and the gift of gut health. Who would have thought that it could taste so good?
 
These Wild Rose, Elderberry, Rosehip and Haw Medicinal Marshmallows are *real* marshmallows made with marshmallow root from the garden and sweetened with my wild rose fermented raw honey. The fruitiness of the berries is balanced most delightfully by a wild rose petal hydrosol that I made last June, just about the same time the first of the wild strawberries were beginning to ripen along the verges of the woods. I have also added various crystal and flower essences, and plant extracts to this mixture. 
 
The pink color in the marshmallow comes from the elderberries (and a sprinkle of beetroot) which was solar dried and powdered. This marshmallow is 100% sugar free and set with carrageen moss that I gathered in Ireland.
 
Each of these billowy marshmallow pillows is dusted with my 'pixie dust' blend, a deliciously fragrant combination of edible wildflowers, wild berries, and native spices that I make each year. It gets its colour mostly from the dried wild strawberries and rose petals added to this blend.
 
These come to you in a beautiful large recycled glass jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a wax seal made with handgathered finely ground pyrite, selenite, and biotite crystals. Each jar is adorned with a floral crown.
 
These marshmallows are absolutely delicious treats, and also pair very well with my Rose Ormus Medicinal Cacao which you will also find in the SOULFOOD PANTRY section of this shop.

As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious harvesting of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
