This wildcrafted blend of nutritionally dense, fortifying, cleansing, and immune boosting spring medicinals also includes nettle, dandelion greens, chickweed, garlic mustard, shepherd's purse, rocket, chicory, ground elder, and more. Made with 100% organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. This delicious condiment is 100% raw, organic, vegan, nut free, and handmade exclusively with hand gathered biodynamic ingredients.
 
This comes in a beautiful locally made recycled glass apothecary jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a wax seal made with handgathered finely ground pyrite, selenite, and biotite crystals. Each jar is adorned with a floral crown.

As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious gathering of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
 
I make this pesto every year when wild garlic season begins, and it is a beloved SOULFOOD pantry staple. I absolutely love it spread on freshly baked crusty spelt bread, drizzled over a lemony wild herb spagettini, or swirled through a creamy butterbean 'hummus'. These are just a few of the quick and easy ways I like to eat these delicious, nutritionally dense, raw supergreens (or as I like to call it, 'green gold'). It truly is great with everything, so my recommendation is to taste it on its own first so as to familiarize yourself with its flavour profile, and adventure from there! Once open, keep refrigerated.
