This listing is one glass apothecary jar filled with Wild Apple Blossom Petal Gelée, from The heART of Ritual.
 
This floral gelée is something else really, and needs to be experienced. It is lovingly made from the petals from an old wild native apple tree, who still bares her thorns. Her blossoms seem to glow brightly, and radiate a delicate scent that is absolutely enchanting. Anyone I have brought to visit this beautiful creature immediately says it is heart medicine, and this is what apple is - medicine for the heart. Ruled by Venus, Apple's lore, magical attributes and healing virtues are celebrated throughout indigenous culture worldwide. The apple tree connects with love, compassion, grace, gentleness, fertility, and balance. Because of this tree baring thorns, it also carries the medicine of 'thorn medicine', which relates with healthy boundaries and discernment. It is for all these reasons, and more, that I am drawn to work with this tree each year, and co-create this heart centered soulfood offering.
 
In addition to the medicinal properties of these wild botanical ingredients, this gelée has been elevated through the addition of botanical extracts, flower essences and crystal essences to support and harmonize the heart, solar plexus, and element of fire.
 
These floral gelée's are a pantry staple each year, and anyone who has participated in my residential retreat programs will know these as they usually end up eating them from the jar by the spoon - they are that good! At home we save these as a special birthday treat each year with freshly baked croissants. These gelée's are incredibly fragrant and delicious on bread, toast, baked goods, with a fruit salad, even with natural yoghurt.
 
This seasonal preserve comes in a beautiful locally made recycled glass apothecary jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a wax seal made with handgathered finely ground pyrite, selenite, and biotite crystals. Each jar is adorned with a floral crown.
 
As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious gathering of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
 
Keep refrigerated and use within three months. Our handcrafted SOULFOODS are free of all additives, preservatives, artifical flavours, colourings, sweetners etc. We make real food, with real ingredients.
