This delicious condiment is 100% raw, organic, vegan, nut free, and handmade exclusively with hand gathered biodynamic ingredients both from our garden and the mountain.
 
This comes in a beautiful locally made recycled glass apothecary jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a wax seal made with handgathered finely ground pyrite, selenite, and biotite crystals. Each jar is adorned with a floral crown.

As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious gathering of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
 
This sweet and tangy chutney is pretty well loved here. Our local vegetable producer loves it especially and last year he requested a jar of this the same weight as his newborn daughter (he said he would even provide the ingredients himself). I did actually gift him a 4.3kg jar, but made it with our own veggies. When I make this, somehow word gets around, and suddenly people start visiting us...funny that. The jars they are given come back to me empty very quickly, with requests for refills.
 
This chutney elevates sandwiches, cheese boards, meats, and quite honestly, pretty much everything. It creates magic on freshly baked spelt bread or crackers with a slice of mature cheddar cheese, so I do suggest trying this simple pleasure. Due to the tanginess of this chutney, it pairs well with white fish and meats and makes a delicious addition to home made veggie patties and burgers. My recommendation is to taste it on its own first so as to familiarize yourself with its flavour profile, and adventure from there! Once open, keep refrigerated.
