This incredible blend comes to you in a beautiful recycled glass apothecary bottle with hand dipped beeswax sealed cork, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art and a mini posey of dried seasonal botanicals.
To use, simply add a few tablespoons of this blend to a bowl and mix into a paste of desired consistency with warmed water. My personal favorite is to use some of my cooled herbal tea or floral waters (hydrosols) to mix this into a paste. Once you mix into the desired consistency, apply the paste to your body, being sure to avoid delicate areas and any sensitive/broken skin.
For the home spa experience, I recommend first exfoliating your skin (with our Lovelight Metamorphosis Body Grains) and body brushing in the shower to enhance lymph drainage. Once out of the shower, apply this body cocoon to damp skin. Lay on a large bath towel (in supine position), and place a second bath towel over your body to keep yourself warm. Rest for 10-15 minutes, and then wash off the cocoon with warm water. Complete this body ritual by moisturising your skin with one of our body conditioners!
Please note that the clays in this body mask are ones that I gather myself each year on my drive through France to Ireland. They are pure and do not contain any additives, bulking or caking agents.
