Our 'Relax' blend is a deliciously smooth and fragrant herbal blend that is created with the very best of biodynamically gathered wild native herbs. Ingredients soothe the nerves, calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing. This blend is particularly good for those who suffer from chronic stress related insomnia. Use as you would any other ritual blend.

Each of these herbal blends comes with a beautiful natural Fluorite crystal from my personal collection. It’s formation (shape) is that of an Octahedron, and octahedrons are the platonic solid that relate with Air and the element of Air. This has been included for you to use in personal healing and is a wonderful crystalline tool to work with in meditation, breathwork exercises, and point zero healing.
 
To work with this crystal, simply place over the heart, bring your attention to your breath, and breathing in, visualize you are inhaling (whatever healing color or attribute) through the crystal into your heart. On the exhale, visualize this expanding outwards from your heart, in all directions simultaneously, so that your entire physical and energetic body exudes this energy.

Themes & Focus for this Collection

Our upcoming seasonal shop opening coincides with the Celtic Festival of Samhain and takes place within the liminal space between the last new moon of the Celtic year in October, astronomical Samhain, and the first new moon of the Celtic New Year in November. It is during this time that the death of the old (year) and the birth of the new (year) occurs. With this we enter the dreamtime cycle of moons; a time honouring the birth that takes place during and after the darkest times. It is a potent time of observing blood, bones, ancestors, (re)connection, introspection, and 'getting to know the lay of the land'...within. Many refer to this time as a 'thinning of the veils', however those of us whose ears are finely tuned, we know that the 'veil' is always thin.
