This listing is for one large apothecary bottle of Wild Plum, Sweet Violet & Lavender Vinegar, from The heART of Ritual.

This triple infused vinegar is created with our own raw fermented apple cider vinegar that is made from local feral apples and water from the mountain spring near our nest. There are also elderberries and heidelberries in this, but there isn't enough room in the title to add these. This combination of flavours really is something else! This medicinal condiment is delicious in salad dressings and also wonderful sprinkled over steamed or braised vegetables before serving.
 
Each bottle comes to you sealed in local beeswax, adorned with our botanical wheel of the year mandala, and embellished with a mini posey of seasonal dried native botanicals.

As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious harvesting of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.

Themes & Focus for this Collection

Our upcoming seasonal shop opening coincides with the Celtic Festival of Samhain and takes place within the liminal space between the last new moon of the Celtic year in October, astronomical Samhain, and the first new moon of the Celtic New Year in November. It is during this time that the death of the old (year) and the birth of the new (year) occurs. With this we enter the dreamtime cycle of moons; a time honouring the birth that takes place during and after the darkest times. It is a potent time of observing blood, bones, ancestors, (re)connection, introspection, and 'getting to know the lay of the land'...within. Many refer to this time as a 'thinning of the veils', however those of us whose ears are finely tuned, we know that the 'veil' is always thin.
