This delicious condiment is 100% raw, organic, vegan, nut free, and handmade exclusively with hand gathered biodynamic ingredients. Made with 100% organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. 
 
This comes in a beautiful locally made recycled glass apothecary jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a wax seal made with handgathered finely ground pyrite, selenite, and biotite crystals. Each jar is adorned with a floral crown.

As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious gathering of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
 
This delicious savoury condiment is one I have been making as long as I have been growing tomatoes, and that's a long time, believe me. I call it a tapenade, but it certainly the traditional one made in southern France with olives, capers and anchovies. My version combines silky and smoky oak smoked red peppers, creamy sweet celeriac, tangy sun dried cherry tomatoes, and my own blend of wild herbs and spices in a way that creates a wonderfully complex and well rounded flavour adventure. On it's own, it makes the perfect dip. My recommendation is to taste it on its own first so as to familiarize yourself with its flavour profile, and adventure from there! Once open, keep refrigerated.
