Just eight bottles of this delicious golden wildflower mead are available. It is aged for eight years. I truly hope that those drawn to calling this mead home to them appreciates it for the deep medicines it holds and ancient traditions in which ritual drink is rooted.
I feel it is fair to say that I am rather protective about this mead and normally only share bottles of it with the incredible bees and beekeepers whose sharing of honey enables me to make this. On the very odd occasion, I will share a sip with those who gather with me here in the Alps, in person.
This traditional fermented ritual drink comes in a beautiful locally made recycled glass apothecary bottle, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art. Each bottle is sealed with beeswax, and embellished with a mini posey of seasonal dried native botanicals.
This ritual drink is intended to be sipped, and worked with slowly, in small quantities.
