These incredibly fragrant blend taste like a full sensory saunter through a deliciously aromatic conifer forest in early Spring, with the sweet resinous smells from the trees new growth, the frosty fresh clean air that still smells of snow, and invigorating citrus notes! This blend is made with crystalized young edible conifer tips, wild bergamot, wild basil, and lemon peel.
This sweet condiment is wonderful as a topping to cakes, cookies, muffins, tarts, and other baked goods, over fruit salads, ice cream or yoghurts. For those who indulge in a cocktail or three on special occasions, this work a treat to frost the rims of your glass and is delicious muddled into a long drink (seeing the blossoms floating in your drink is also very pretty!)

These come to you in a beautiful recycled glass apothecary jar, complete with our wild botanical Celtic Wheel of the Year mandala art debossed in a crystal wax seal. Each is decorated with a miniature posey of native wild botanicals and a cork stopper sealed with local beeswax.
As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious harvesting of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
