This blend is specially formulated to support the transition between the fast, active 'doing' part of the day, and the slower pace of the evening. A delicious medicinal night time tea, this blend supports and improves digestion, promote relaxation, relieves tension (ensuring a more comfortable sleep), and is a wonderful support for those with stress induced insomnia.
 
To use:
Steep your tea blend in hot water for 10 minutes before drinking. The quantity of tea that you add to your pot depends on how strong you like your tea and the size of your teapot - in my case, I use 1-2 tablespoons of loose leaf tea in my teapot, which is 1.8L in size. I can then refill that teapot up to three times, so receive alot of nourishing herbal goodness from those couple of spoons of dried tea.
 
THE CEREMONY OF TEA
I purposefully only use clear glass tea pots both in my home and in my work spaces as I love to invite those gathered to 'divine' the teapot and observe the 'teascapes' within - the worlds inside the teapot. This is a beautiful form of meditation and an extremely calming and soothing practice to have so I invite you to try it if you too have a clear glass teapot. When drinking these blends, I recommend that you do so mindfully, taking each sip into your body aware of what the healing intention of these herbal blends are. In this way you are affirming the healing intentions you have for yourself and programing the fluid medicine you are drinking.
 
ABOUT THE CRYSTAL CADDY
This blend comes to you in a large recycled glass crystal caddy, adorned with a clear quartz master crystal and dried blossoms, sealed with Willow tree bast and our botanical wheel of the year mandala debossed into local beeswax and fine pyrite powder. 
 
For those of you who are drawn: the master crystals that I selected for these caddys are from the large scale crystal dodecahedron installation that I created some years back and are in pristine condition. The crystals formations are channellers, transmitters, windows, record keepers, Isis, and phantom formations and one of these will be at the top of the crystal caddy you receive. Happy adventures!

GENERAL
As with all offerings, every single ingredient has been hand gathered, dried and prepared by me personally, ensuring sustainable, biodynamic and ceremonious harvesting of plant medicines, highest quality organic ingredients, and energetic integrity from start to finish.
 
As a responsible human and environmentalist I only work with ingredients I have sustainably gathered in the wild (and grown in my garden), there are no exotic imported ingredients in anything I make. I don't use essential oils - this is a personal habit as I have super sensitive skin and I don't make essential oils myself as it requires too much plant material for a minute amount of oil and I find that to be unsustainable for our local environment here. I choose instead to add native resins, aromatic roots, leaves and flowers for their natural scents. As a ritualist, energetic integrity and balanced exchange is paramount and as such, I only work with what I've ceremoniously gathered with my own hands. That which is gathered is only done with with full permission from each plant with personal offerings gifted in gratitude by way of balancing the exchange - a balance that is a vital part of all that I am and do. These slow medicine offerings were lovingly birthed over many moon cycles from sustainably harvested, organic, wildcrafted native ingredients, our own medicinal plant extracts, wild cold pressed oils, superfine crystal powders that I have gathered and ground by hand, and LOVE.
