• 'BREAST OIL'

This is a wonderful addition to your bodycare routine, and applying breast oil not alone deeply nourishes the skin, but brings awareness and familiarity to the landscape of your breasts and lymph nodes. The self massage aspect of this treatment ensures you give yourself regular self checks and supports the healthy movement of lymph throughout the area. Handcrafted with wild medicinal herbs to stimulate lymph drainage and deeply nourish the skin.

This breast oil is created to encourage breast awareness and regular self checks through applying it to damp skin after bathing/showering. It’s also worth noting that our breasts and how we treat them energetically relates with our ability to nourish ourselves and be nourished, and this is something that many women struggle with as caregivers. The ability to care for others seems to take more priority than their own self care, and I find this to be a very interesting factor where breast care and awareness is concerned - psychologically, energetically and physically.

As breast health is an issue for many of the women in our family, it has always been something I pay close attention to. I began making my own natural deodorant over thirty years ago and this was quickly followed by breast balm, then lymphatic treatments. This particular recipe was developed for personal use after I discovered a number of lumps, which thankfully turned out to be enlarged lymph nodes. My personal experience with this blend is that it assisted lymphatic circulation in the nodes around my breasts and armpits, enabling the enlarged nodes to return to normal size. It assisted the body to assist itself and return to normal functioning. Worth noting that this was of course in conjunction with healthy nutrition, daily herbal teas, and an active lifestyle, so in my case this blend was fast acting. I still use it each week after bathing to assist lymph drainage and as part of my self checks.

To use: apply a few drops to towel dried skin after bathing. Massage into each breast in a circular motion moving from the area beneath the arms, around the breast, and towards the heart.
