This formula cleanses the body to reduce inflammation, promote healthy cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure levels, supports metabolism, inhibits yeast, bacteria and fungus infections.

ABOUT OUR HERBAL TONICS
These expertly made herbal formulas are made exclusively with wild native medicinal plants gathered from the mountains around our nest. They come in a 500ml recycled glass bottles adorned with our Botanical Wheel of the Year mandala artwork. These are concentrated herbal extracts, created with medicinal herbs, local raw honey, and our own raw fermented apple cider vinegar that is made from local apples and water from the mountain spring near our nest.

These herbal formulas are intended to be taken as a daily tonic, either pure or added to a glass of warm water. The daily preventative dosage is two tablespoons, or one small shot glass.

I personally take mine as a shot each morning, however as I try to integrate medicines into what I eat and drink too each day, these tonics are pefect to add into salad dressings or sprinkled over steamed veggies before serving. If you add these tonics to mineral water, they become a very refreshing medicinal beverage also (a real thirst quencher in summer!)...or added to a cup of warmed water they are a tasty tonic too!

Themes & Focus for this Collection

Our upcoming seasonal shop opening coincides with the Celtic Festival of Samhain and takes place within the liminal space between the last new moon of the Celtic year in October, astronomical Samhain, and the first new moon of the Celtic New Year in November. It is during this time that the death of the old (year) and the birth of the new (year) occurs. With this we enter the dreamtime cycle of moons; a time honouring the birth that takes place during and after the darkest times. It is a potent time of observing blood, bones, ancestors, (re)connection, introspection, and 'getting to know the lay of the land'...within. Many refer to this time as a 'thinning of the veils', however those of us whose ears are finely tuned, we know that the 'veil' is always thin.
